How can you help my business manage its finances better?

We organize your income and expenses, handle all financial records, and provide monthly profit and loss statements — all of which makes filing your taxes much simpler each year. You get clear reports, so you always know where your business stands financially and we’ll point out trends and additional analysis so you can make smart, confident business decisions.

How much do you charge for your bookkeeping and tax services?

Our standard pricing is listed on the services page. After a consultation, prices might be adjusted if your business is quite small; you will only pay for what helps your business most, and the value of not having to worry about your numbers.  We are always clear about pricing before starting the work and if you’re not satsifed, you can cancel with 60 days notice. 

Will you help me if I get audited by the IRS?

Until tax season 2027, we will prepare your books and financial reports for other CPAs. After we secure the IRS Enrolled Agent certification, we will be able to file your business taxes and represent you if you are audited. 

How do you keep my financial information safe and private?

We keep your financial information safe by using secure systems and strict privacy rules. Only trusted team members have access, and we never share your details with anyone without your permission. Your privacy is always our top concern.  Details are given in the Engagement Agreement we will sign before work starts.

How often will you update my financial records?

We track charges and revenue each week, balance bank and credit card statements, then supply you with monthly reports.   You are always free to log into QuickBooks to see the status more often, if you need to. 

Can you work with my current accountant or tax preparer?

Yes, we’re delighted to work with your current accountant or tax preparer. We coordinate with them to make sure your records are organized and accurate. Our goal is to make things easy for you and your business.

Can you help me get ready for tax season?

We get you ready for tax season by making sure your records are complete and organized. We gather all the information you need and handle the paperwork, so you can file your taxes easily and on time.

Can you help if I have fallen behind on my bookkeeping?

Yes, we can help if you are behind on your bookkeeping. We review your past records, catch up on missing information, and organize everything for you. You will have up-to-date books and a clear view of your finances.

Do you offer help all year, or only during tax season?

We offer help all year, not just during tax season. You can count on us for bookkeeping, tax questions, and other support whenever your business needs it. This way, you are always prepared and never have to worry about your finances.

Can you work with businesses in any industry?

Yes, we can work with businesses in any industry. No matter what type of business you have, we tailor our bookkeeping and tax services to fit your unique needs, so you always get reliable support.

What is your policy if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, just let us know as soon as you can. We are flexible and will work with you to find a new time. There are no fees for changes if you give us advance notice.

When do I need to pay for your services?

As we outline details in the Engagement Agreement, payment details will be sorted.  Companies on monthly retainers will pay us the 1st of each month credit card, check, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

Do you offer any kind of money-back guarantee?

First, please let us know details of your dissatisfaction.  If you are still not happy after we make every effort on your behalf, you can always cancel with 60 days notice. 

Do you charge any fees if I miss an appointment?

If you miss an appointment without letting us know ahead of time, there may be a small fee. If you give us notice in advance, there is no charge for rescheduling or canceling. We try to be fair and flexible to fit your needs.
